Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Location: Onsite Start: ASAP A growing and stable company in Mequon is looking for an experienced Estimator with a construction background to join their team. Responsibilities Prepare project cost estimates and evaluate bids. Obtain and negotiate pricing from vendors and subcontractors. Review materials, specifications, and jobsite requirements. Research and resolve cost discrepancies. Communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and vendors. Assist with preliminary drawings and project design as needed. Requirements 2–4 years of estimating experience in construction. AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling experience required. Strong understanding of construction practices and specifications. Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
