As General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation. GMs are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders. Here’s what we have to offer you: Bonus opportunities Benefit plans include medical, dental and vision for all eligible employees Professional development and growth opportunities Here are the qualities we are looking for in our General Manager: You have at least 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service Ability to mentor and train team members Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials Drive and determination -- think PASSION Desire for personal and professional growth Requirements: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Completion of a Background Check and Valid Driver's License. Physical / Mental Requirements: Continuously utilizes speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, and manual/bi-manual dexterity. Frequently stands, walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds and works closely with others. Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time. Occasionally utilizes sense of taste and smell, and far vision. Works around chemicals and cleaners; walks on uneven surfaces; may require utilization of a step stool/ladder; lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds. Work Conditions / Hours: Minimum of 50 hours weekly. Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including weekends, evenings and/or holidays. Standard restaurant working conditions.
