Read here and then apply for this exciting opportunity!What would you do working in this role?Service existing accounts by using your analytical skills through reviewing work orders, investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problemsYou need to establish what's wrong | what needs to be done by examining the problem... then get parts, place orders, and schedule those repairs!Develop relationships with customers! You are their "problem-solver!" They call us/you to keep their businesses up and running!You must like paperwork- it's required for this job! Detail-orientation is a must!Confidentiality is key in a role like this!What skills do you need?Must be willing to cross-trainYou might be called out at odd hours- so being able to plan ahead is importantYou may need to jump in at the drop of a hat, so being flexible helpsThere is local travel involved- so being able to driveMust be able to solder and brazeEducation and Experience Needed:High School Diploma or equivalentCompleted a degree/certification in the HVAC industryBeing willing to learn more! Education and training in the Industrial HVAC field – Required7+ years or more as an HVAC Service TechnicianStrong skills in the following would be awesome! Environmental conditions may include areas where toxic or caustic chemicals or fumes are in use or being stored.
