Job Description Masters Academy International (MAI) is New England’s only school that integrates pro‑level coaching and top‑tier academics to prepare future leaders in sport, scholarship, and life. About the Role The Director of Camps and Enrichment is an entrepreneurial, business‑development‑oriented leader who designs, scales, and leads a high‑quality portfolio of year‑round programs. The role fosters strategic community partnerships to expand MAI’s enrollment pipeline and operates as a business‑development operator, maximizing utilization of the pro‑level campus facilities. What You Will Do Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to scale and lead our portfolio of summer camps, winter academies, tournaments, after‑school enrichment, and clinic offerings. Act as a business‑development‑oriented operator, collaborating directly with Admissions and Marketing to convert auxiliary program participation into a robust enrollment pipeline. Design and coordinate high‑end national and international travel programs, training experiences, and cultural exchanges in partnership with other Cognita schools and international academies. Recruit, train, and supervise a high‑energy team of seasonal staff, ensuring all daily operations, vendor contracts, and international logistics strictly adhere to child welfare, youth supervision, and safeguarding protocols. Who You Are An entrepreneurial, systems‑oriented leader comfortable moving between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution. A youth development professional who can build external partnerships, navigate complex schedules, and lead a diverse, mission‑aligned team of seasonal coaches and instructors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation Management, Sports Management, Youth Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in youth program leadership, camp administration, athletics programming, or experiential education. Demonstrated success in building or growing programs that combine strong participation with financial sustainability, and experience managing budgets, scheduling systems, staffing, and operational logistics. Experience working with athletic facilities, camps, tournaments, or community sports programming preferred. Strong understanding of building external partnerships that enhance training and program resources. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Significant experience in residential life within a boarding school, university, or similar residential environment. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $90,000 per year. Eligible benefits include medical, life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and more.
