Production/Warehouse Associate-$16.50-$18/hr & weekly pay

Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $16.50–$18/hr (based on the role) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Employee discounts Opportunities for overtime and advancement Shift Time Frames M‑F, 6am‑2:30pm M‑Th, 12pm‑10:30pm (Warehouse Only) M‑Th, 2:30pm‑1am General Duties and Responsibilities Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions. Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates. Operate across multiple work centers to support merchandise creation and fulfillment. Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, inventory systems, or automated equipment. Advanced roles include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital machines (printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, cutting systems), sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously. Follow all safety and quality guidelines. Education, Experience, and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Willingness to cross‑train and work in various work centers. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or automated equipment. Ability to learn and operate digital machinery and inventory systems. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain quality and meet production goals. Physical Demands Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to participate in a team lift of 50 lbs. Able to stand and/or walk for entire shift Able to kneel, bend or turn Able to grip/grasp continuously Able to push a cart Able to climb a ladder and stairs Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
