We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst to join our growing real estate team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying real estate opportunities, working directly with property owners, and helping turn potential investments into successful transactions.

The person in this role will evaluate new opportunities, research property values, communicate with sellers, prepare and negotiate offers, and help move deals through the transaction process. Strong performance in this position will directly contribute to the continued growth of our company.

Compensation:

$48,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close

• Review new leads and identify properties that may represent strong acquisition opportunities
• Research comparable properties, market conditions, property information, and other data used to evaluate potential investments
• Analyze opportunities and assist in determining appropriate purchase prices and offer amounts
• Contact property owners and respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries
• Establish strong relationships with sellers by understanding their needs and building trust throughout the sales process
• Present purchase offers and negotiate terms with property owners
• Address questions and objections while working to move qualified opportunities toward an agreement
• Maintain accurate lead information, communication records, follow-up activities, and transaction updates in the CRM
• Stay organized with ongoing prospects and consistently complete required follow-up
• Work with buyers, sellers, and internal team members to help keep transactions progressing toward closing
• Provide a professional and positive experience for clients throughout the transaction
• Meet established company KPIs, sales targets, and performance expectations

Qualifications:

• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired

• A real estate license is not required at the time of application, but the selected candidate must obtain a license upon beginning employment
• Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, real estate sales, land acquisition, or a related field is highly preferred
• Strong interest in real estate investing, acquisitions, and sales
• Self-motivated, competitive, and committed to achieving personal and company goals
• Ability to think strategically, evaluate opportunities, and make sound decisions based on available information
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong telephone skills with the ability to establish rapport, communicate value, handle objections, and confidently move conversations forward
• Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment where performance and KPIs are important
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
