Collateral Management Consultant

Job Description
- Job Title: Collateral Management Consultant
- Hybrid: Primarily remote, with one onsite day per month required.
- Location: Chicago, IL (311 South Wacker Drive)
- Inspect system-generated collateral calls for accuracy before issuance.
- Issue and process daily margin calls for bilateral agreements under a CSA, cleared agreements, and affiliate margin.
- Communicate directly with counterparties to ensure proper collateral exchange.
- Post system entries in internal and industry platforms to recognize and settle agreed-upon margin calls.
- Investigate and escalate disputes and discrepancies.
- Settle month-end collateral margin interest with external counterparties and affiliates.
- Perform nightly reconciliations between custodians, counterparties, and internal books/records.
- Identify and escalate system issues to the overnight IT staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit, Legal, Finance, and Trading.
- Hours: 7 PM - 3 AM CST (Sunday - Friday)
- Work Week: Begins Sunday at 7 PM and ends Friday at 3 AM (supporting Asian and European clients).
- In-person training required.
