Assistant Office Manager for Medical Office

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a part-time assistant to the Office Manager at a Medical Office to join our team. The position is for approximately 20-30 hours per week. This can turn into a full-time position. If part-time no benefits. If full-time, medical and dental insurance, pto, 401(k) with matching.
Executive Assistant for Medical Office:
Ensure implementation of office policies and procedures
Assist in overseeing all financial operations
Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative staff, if needed
Helps sets the staffing schedule, calendaring same
Hires and onboards new administrative staff
Ensures that customer service standards are met
Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and executives
Works with doctors and staff to set goals, objectives, and budgets
Assist in ensuring regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed

Office Manager Assistant for Medical Office Qualifications and Skills:
Works well independently and has strong operational skills
Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Develops strong relationships with coworkers and has strong leadership skills
