Quality Technician

Duration : 6-7 months with possible extension Location : 4455 Atherton Drive, Salt Lake City, UT, USA, 84123 Schedule : Mon-Fri|8:00AM-5:00PM We're looking for a Quality Technician, Complaints to support the investigation of customer complaints for medical devices. In this role, you'll receive and document returned products, perform initial inspections and basic product testing, assist with root cause investigations, and work closely with Quality Engineers to ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards. Key Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a medical device quality role Knowledge of cGMP and quality systems Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills Experience with Microsoft Office (TrackWise is a plus) Comfortable handling used/contaminated medical devices in a controlled environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
