Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Geriatric Physician to join our Eastern Region team, providing diverse Geriatric Care in our ElderONE (PACE) program, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (Clifton Springs Nursing Home & DeMay Living Center) . This role also offers exciting teaching opportunities with fellows and medical students. Position Highlights Comprehensive Care: Deliver patient-centered care for older adults, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and complex medical needs. Teaching: Mentor Geriatric Fellows and medical students, contributing to their clinical development. Collaborative Teamwork: Work with interdisciplinary teams, including ElderONE staff and SNF teams, for holistic care. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance incentives. Qualifications BC/BE in Geriatrics or Internal/Family Medicine. NYS medical license or eligibility. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
