ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another State Farm agency, giving me firsthand experience in the business. I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida, have three children and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with my pets and horses.

Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local traditions like the BBQ Festival, Squealing on the Square, the Reindeer Run, and the annual Christmas parade.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Angela Marlett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
