Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Baytown, TX 77523

Pay Rate: $24.00–$25.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Rotating 12-hour shifts:
• • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Candidates must be available to work both day and night shifts.
• Rotation may be:
• • 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights, or
  • 1 month days / 1 month nights

Job Summary

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an industrial manufacturing facility in Baytown, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising a team of electrical technicians while actively participating in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians.
• Maintain workflow and ensure production goals are met.
• Perform hands-on electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical controls, drives, and PLC systems.
• Support maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure safe work practices and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Electrical Supervisor experience .
• Previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with:
• • Electrical controls and drives
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Electrical maintenance and repairs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work rotating day and night shifts.
