Store Area Team Leader

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, and it is eligible for overtime at a rate of $33.00 to $36.00 per hour. As a store area team leader at osjl, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas within your responsibility adhere to company merchandising standards, managing the efficient flow of merchandise, and providing leadership and support to store teams. You'll need to be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of merchandising principles and freight operations, as well as a motivational leader who can inspire and empower your team. You will be leveraging osjl's streamlined approach to technology, ensuring exceptional merchandising, operations, and a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and profitability, backroom efficiency, inventory management, merchandising and freight management, fostering a collaborative team, championing a positive store culture, and customer service champion. You will also be leveraging technology to support hcm processes, including associate data and timekeeping, benefits, and learning management system operations to maintain efficient delivery of associate development programs.

Qualifications include 4+ years of previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Proficiency in google platform (i.e., sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets) is preferred. Preferred experience with hcm and business intelligence tools.

Work environment includes working primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Long periods of remaining stationary, moving, and positioning oneself to complete assigned tasks are required throughout the shift.
