EPL Claims Examiner: Workplace Law & Settlement Strategist

Chubb European Group Ltd. seeks an EPL-focused claims professional to manage complex Employment Practices Liability matters. You will train and develop skills in coverage, liability investigations, and negotiations, partnering with defense counsel and insureds. The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and independent work across Simsbury, CT and Windsor, CT offices.
