SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a reliable, organized, and positive part-time Dishwasher to join our hard-working team in South Kent, CT. Looking for a professional, hardworking individual for two to three nights of week dishwashing, cleaning, and front out house support.

We can teach people who are interested in learning and want a career in food service. At the same time, if you are experienced, you can jump right into the job. A Dishwasher is primarily responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, cookware, and utensils using either a commercial machine or by hand, while also maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Key duties include operating dishwashers, cleaning the dish washing area, emptying trash, assisting with food prep, and performing other support tasks as requested by kitchen management.

Pay Type: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Time Commitment: Part Time

Schedule: Tuesday 11:00 AM - 07:30 PM Wednesday 11:00 AM - 07:30 PM

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
