Compensation: $45–$48 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our permanent team in Carmichael, California.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and independence

• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies for maintaining progress

• Promote safety and functional independence throughout the rehabilitation process

• Follow professional, regulatory, and facility standards of care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required
