Are you an experienced Program Manager with a knack for quality assurance and governance We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Enterprise Project Governance team. Based in the vibrant city of Oakland CA this hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional on-site requirements. Dive into a role where your expertise will directly impact major projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a standardized governance readiness and project quality review process.
- Conduct independent reviews of project and program documentation.
- Validate and enhance assessment tools to align with current standards.
- Support governance readiness and conduct pre-submission reviews.
- Prepare executive reports and identify portfolio-wide trends.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Project or Program Management.
- PMI Certification.
- Experience with project controls deliverables and governance documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferences
- Experience with Board-level or executive-level capital project governance.
- Expert knowledge of project controls disciplines.
- Experience in project health assessments and governance readiness reviews.
- Utility industry experience strongly preferred.
