We’re seeking a driven Onsite Recruiter / Account Manager to support one of our major clients onsite. This role is a blend of hands-on recruiting, contractor care, and strategic account managementWHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?Serve as the onsite representative of Sterling Engineering at a key client facilityPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and proactively source qualified candidates for both light industrial and technical rolesOwn the full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and coordinating hiring logisticsFacilitate a seamless onboarding experience and ensure compliance with both Sterling and client proceduresAct as the primary point of contact for Sterling contractors at the site, offering support with performance, attendance, and workplace concernsManage contractor engagement and retention while resolving any issues with professionalism and urgencyMaintain accurate candidate and employee data within Sterling's ATS and client systemsCoordinate with Sterling’s internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellenceWHAT YOU BRING?5+ years of recruiting and account management experience, preferably in a staffing or talent acquisition environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredFlexibility with travelExperience filling light industrial and technical positions is highly preferredAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, client-facing roleStrong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skillsHigh proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft OfficeWHAT MAKES OUR STERLING & OUR TEAM DIFFERENT?We’re Employee Owned!
