divh2Stocker - Store/h2pStockers are to receive, price, sensor (if applicable) and inspect freight. Stockers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavenders Boot City stocking system, and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each stocking function. Stockers must prioritize merchandise by order of importance (i.e., empty wrangler shelves should be restocked before empty polish racks are restocked). Stockers are also responsible for keeping the store neat and clean inside and outside./ppSupport the Cavenders Culture and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values/ppSupport stocking tasks accurately and efficiently/ppKeep work area neat, clean, and organized/ppBe knowledgeable of all CBC policies and procedures/ppReturn to Stock (RTS)/ppReturn to Vendor (RTV)/ppValidating packing slips/ppTagging merchandise/ppSensor tagging merchandise (if applicable)/ppKeep back-stock moving out to the sales floor to the proper locations/ppReport to work promptly, neatly groomed, and appropriately dressed/ppBe security conscious at all times/ppPerform all other miscellaneous duties as assigned/ppWork with supervisors to understand all actions needed to impact the desired goals set by the company (i.e. Web order completion rate, Company, or Vendor contests)/ppJob requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift/ppJob requires associate, on a regular basis, to carry objects up to 50 lbs/ppJob requires that the associate regularly pick up objects up to 50 lbs/ppAbility to comprehend basic instructions/ppAbility to interpret documents/ppAbility to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks/ppAbility to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond/ppAssociate must be able to read English./ppAssociate must be able to understand English/ppAssociate must be able to stay alert during work hours assigned/ppCavenders is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
