Housekeeper (Environmental Services) - Full TimeWindsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper (Environmental Services) professional to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. This role plays a vital part in supporting patient care by ensuring all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This position reports to the Director of Plant Operations and is responsible for daily cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility while supporting a safe, healthy environment that meets OSHA, Joint Commission, and infection control standards.If you take pride in creating clean, organized spaces and enjoy working in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply.Key and Job Duties:Clean and sanitize patient rooms, offices, common areas, and public spacesVacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and remove trash throughout the facilityClean surfaces using approved disinfectants and cleaning proceduresReplenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and linensEnsure housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies are stored safelyReport safety concerns or maintenance issues that could impact patients, visitors, or staffHelp maintain infection prevention and safety standardsRespond appropriately during facility emergenciesWork closely with supervisors and team members to support departmental needsProvide courteous and professional interactions with patients, visitors, and coworkersMaintain confidentiality of patient and employee informationWindsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine offers an excellent time off plan, medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, life insurance, short and long term disability benefits and 401(k) plan for full time and part time employees.
