Associate Field Service Technician - Northern New Jersey - Transport

$29.45 - $40.42 per hour

Stryker

Associate Field Service Representative position supporting transport equipment service territory in Northern New Jersey. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining Stryker transport solutions such as stretchers, chairs, and bed frames, with opportunity to advance into senior roles.

Responsibilities

Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs on transport equipment
Complete wireless upgrades and global hold repairs on Stryker products
Use computer software for documentation, parts ordering, and training material reference
Maintain customer relationships and support sales team with professional service delivery
Work independently while collaborating on field service projects and tracking performance metrics

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 21 years old with valid state driver license and good driving record
Basic electronic and mechanical aptitude
Willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends
Ability to lift up to 75-80 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive physical movements

Compensation: $29.45 - $40.42 USD hourly
