If you are passionate about hitting sales goal numbers and working with people in a variety of Kitchen & Bath environments, you might be a perfect match for our Regional Sales Manager position. We're looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the Stone and Quartz Industry to join our team. This regional management position will be assigned to a sales territory and a region and will oversee an 8-10 person sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Utilize influence and negotiation skills to promote our quartz product line within the US Southeast territory.
• Manage a team of 8-10 outside sales reps who call directly on dealers/distributors.
• Developing and implementing sales initiatives and forecasts
• Traveling 2 weeks per month to the other 2 markets; doing ride-a-longs with reps, recruiting, hiring, firing, developing the team, etc.
• Create and achieve sales goals for yourself and your team.
• Evaluate metrics, research area market product data, and determine sales strategies on new and existing product lines.
• Manage the regions' top accounts, maintain and grow sales volume, manage account managers, and determine and support sales activities.
• Collaborate with senior management on sales team goals, results, and company product margin goals.

You’re A Great Fit If You Have:

• Proven track record of sales management and growth within the Southeastern market(s) in the quartz/natural stone industries required.
• 3+ years outside sales experience and 5+ years sales management experience of meeting and exceeding goals
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Strong contacts in our market to include fabricators, dealers, and distributors.
• Quartz product knowledge experience preferred, will consider candidates selling other products to same customer base
• Clean criminal and driving record

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar preferred; 5 + Years of experience in sales or design industry required 

Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce.

Travel Requirements: Travel to customers, trade shows, and associations. Ability to travel 80-90% in assigned territory.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to deliver marketing samples and trade show materials.
