Role Purpose As an Occupancy Planner with superior CAD drafting skills and TRIRIGA IWMS experience, you will assist with the development of migration plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves, facilitate and resolve data processing issues identified in customer planning meetings, and ensure planning aligns with corporate guidelines. You will create, recommend, educate, and enforce space policies and procedures, notify the client of requested exceptions, and present utilization data to drive productive spaces. What this job involves To be successful in this role, you should be able to ensure accurate reporting of information and foster critical relationships across the organization. Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate to review and resolve planning forecast requirements, concerns and issues. Work with Business Unit leadership to collect headcount forecasts and resolve discrepancies between leadership's numbers and group-level data. Gather top-down headcount and growth projections from the Corporate Finance group. Review planning strategies with Project Management that drive construction projects and support implementation. Coordinate with move and facility management teams to assist with move and space processes, implementation requests, and updates to space data; conduct facility audits. Assist other occupancy planning team members to develop cross-campus/portfolio strategy plans. Serve as a key member of the allocation/chargeback cycle, including all related reporting and space data update requirements. Provide input based on a comprehensive understanding of relevant space data management systems. Every day is different, and in all these activities, we encourage you to show your ingenuity. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment. Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, including interior office renovations. Expert CAD skills and TRIRIGA IWMS system experience. Proficient data analytics skills with experience in AI implementation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint for client presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines.
