We're hiring a focused and steady-handed Cleanroom Lab Tech to inspect and assemble small, intricate components under a microscope in a precision-driven environment.

Location: Gardner, MA Hours: 1st Shift Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect small parts using a microscope for extended periods
• Assemble and handle tiny, fragile components with extreme precision
• Use tweezers, tools, and light machinery to manipulate parts
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to strict specifications
• Document inspection findings and assembly data accurately
• Identify and isolate defective components
• Maintain cleanroom and lab standards throughout the work area
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of equipment
• Collaborate with team leads to meet production timelines
• Cross-train in related tasks and support other departments as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods
• Prior lab or fine assembly experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Steady hands, patience, and precision are key
