Product Owner

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner for a leading healthcare technology organization. This individual will play a central role in defining and enhancing a customer-facing platform that serves as a single destination for customers to access applications, data, inventory information, cybersecurity insights, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a functional Product Owner who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys collaborating with business leaders, and can translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements. This role will focus heavily on stakeholder engagement, workflow design, backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and supporting Agile development teams. The Product Owner will help modernize legacy platforms, support new greenfield initiatives, drive data-centric solutions, and contribute to the long-term vision of the organization's customer platform strategy.

Day-to-Day:

• Gather and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders

• Translate business needs into user stories and product requirements

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and requirements discussions

• Partner with development teams, architects, and business leaders

• Document current-state and future-state workflows

• Create workflow concepts and mockups

• Define inventory and device reallocation processes

• Support customer platform modernization initiatives

• Drive roadmap planning and product strategy discussions

• Facilitate demos and validate delivered solutions

• Identify cost-savings, automation, and operational improvement opportunities

• Support greenfield application development initiatives

• Collaborate across IT, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
