About the team and the role The value team sits within the operations team and owns customer value outcomes, from launch through ongoing performance reviews and stakeholder management. We are the ones sitting across from a provider group or health system executive explaining what changed in their overtime, agency spend, and shift fill since they partnered with us, and what to do next. We are on track to grow our customer base nearly tenfold this year. This role is how we scale with it. You will own recurring reporting and analytics across our networks, work that directly shapes client recommendations about staffing, overtime, and agency use, and you will help build the reporting infrastructure, templates, and processes that let a small team support a rapidly growing book of business. The work reaches past your own team. You will be the voice of the customer with Product and Engineering and part of the analytical half of a sales pitch. You will wear many hats. In a given week you might build a dashboard, sit in on an executive customer call, clean up a messy data export, and draft a section of a steering committee deck. Priorities will shift as we grow, and a process you help build in month three may be rebuilt in month nine because we have outgrown it. That is the plan, not a failure of planning. This suits someone who would rather help design how something works than inherit a finished playbook. This is an early-career role, and you will not be figuring it out alone. You will have a manager invested in your development, direct access to the people making decisions, and a small team that will teach you the business, the data, and the domain. You bring analytical discipline, curiosity, and follow-through, and take on independent ownership of workstreams as you ramp. What you will do Analyze operational and financial data across customer networks to identify performance trends, risks, and savings opportunities, covering overtime, agency use, staffing levels, and shift fill. You will go beyond answering the question in front of you, helping shape the strategy for the networks you support, forming a point of view on what the data says, and bringing recommendations rather than only outputs Design and build repeatable reporting templates, dashboards, and processes that scale across a rapidly growing customer base, replacing manual pulls with infrastructure the whole team can run on Work hand in glove with our implementation, activation, and customer success teams to translate day‑to‑day scheduling and clinical workflows into measurable value, and help each facility focus on the value drivers that matter most for them Partner with the Product and Engineering teams as the voice of the customer, turning what you see in customer numbers into clear requirements, and pressure‑testing new reporting and analytics features before they reach customers Support Sales with the analytical side of the pitch, including opportunity sizing, savings estimates for prospective networks, and the proof points that show what value looks like once a customer is live Prepare materials for customer steering committees and monthly network updates, translating analysis into a clear, concise story for operators and executives Investigate data discrepancies between our platform, customer payroll and timekeeping systems, and agency invoices, and drive them to resolution with Product and Engineering Handle ad hoc customer data requests, and convert the recurring ones into standing reports Document metric definitions, data sources, assumptions, and methods so analyses stay consistent and repeatable as we add customers Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience At least two years in an analytical role such as consulting, financial analysis, business analytics, strategy and operations, or healthcare analytics Proficiency with basic Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build a model from scratch rather than only edit an existing one Willingness to learn quickly. You will pick up a new industry, a new data model, and new tools at the same time, and ask good questions along the way Initiative. You notice the thing that needs doing and start it, rather than waiting to be assigned Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to summarize a finding in a few sentences for a non-technical reader Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on multiple parallel requests Comfort with incomplete data and shifting priorities, including the judgment to flag what is not trustworthy rather than reporting it anyway Preferred qualifications Experience translating analysis into product requirements, or working alongside engineering teams on data quality and reporting Familiarity with BI or dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Exposure to healthcare operations, workforce management, scheduling, payroll, or HRIS systems in a skilled nursing, post-acute, hospital, or similar provider setting Experience supporting a sales or customer-facing team with analysis, business cases, or value modeling Working fluency with general AI tools for analysis, drafting, and automation What success looks like Week 1 You are set up in our tools and have walked through how a care setting builds and staffs a schedule You have sat in on customer calls and know which networks the team supports and who owns what You have shipped one small, defined analysis or report update end to end Month 1 You have started your own workstream project, which you manage end to end with coaching from an Ops manager You produce our recurring reports accurately and on schedule, with review You can explain our core metrics and where the data comes from, and you know when to elevate a data question rather than guess Six months You own reporting and analysis for a set of customer networks end to end, with spot checks rather than full review You have built at least one piece of infrastructure the team uses without you in the loop, such as a standardized dashboard, a reusable template, or an automated process that replaced a manual one Your analyses come with a recommendation attached, and you have a point of view on where our reporting will break as we scale #J-18808-Ljbffr In-House Health
