We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our marketing, social media, content creation, and communications efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, blogs, and website updates
• Develop marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Help coordinate company events, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Maintain marketing calendars and CRM communications
• Monitor engagement and support brand awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or Mailchimp is a plus
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
