Position Summary

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing all pharmacy clinical programs such as drug consults, Nutrition Support, Pharmacokinetics, Anticoagulant monitoring, Pain Management, IV to PO, Renal Dosing, and other programs as determined appropriate based on patient population and literature guidelines. Holds self and others accountable for completing compliance activities timely. Understands importance and expectations of compliance and makes appropriate effort to perform within those standards.

Qualifications

• PharmD Degree from an accredited college or Pharmacy required
• 4 years experience as acute care hospital pharmacist Required
• Consultant Pharmacist License (can be acquired within 6 months of hire)
• Licensed in the state of FL as a Pharmacist
