Position Details

Part-Time

Guaranteed minimum of 3 days per week

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

1-2 Saturdays per month

Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM

Responsibilities

✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits across multiple platforms

✅ Support providers with patient flow and administrative tasks

✅ Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up

✅ Assist with Medical Assistant duties and patient care activities

✅ Communicate professionally with patients and clinical staff

✅ Help ensure a smooth, personalized experience for every patient

Qualifications

✔️ 1-2 years of Medical Assistant experience

✔️ Strong customer service and patient care skills

✔️ Experience with appointment scheduling and multitasking

✔️ Knowledge of medical terminology

✔️ Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or a med spa is highly preferred

✔️ Professional communication skills and a positive attitude

✔️ Looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Syosset, NY.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
