Established and busy high end cabinetry distribution facility is immediately seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry/Customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and data entry proficiency to ensure seamless operations within our organization.

You will be responsible for assisting internal teams with verifying incoming and outgoing orders, processing orders, shipping status, and accurately inputting data into our computer systems. This position also requires frequent phone interaction with customers, vendors, clients. We provide on site training to learn the ins and outs of our operations.

This position is in office, non remote.

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Duties:

• Efficiently enter jobs and customer orders into computerized databases.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, maintaining order entry and processing.
• Perform clerical tasks such as order entry and transcribing information.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information.
• Monitors order progress to ensure customer expectations for delivery are communicated and met.
• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with excellent customer service.
• Communicates effectively internally to resolve any issues regarding an order.
• Communicate with customers on discrepancies, order conflicts, and shipping delays.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Familiarity with databases and data entry processes.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Problem resolution and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screen.

Starting pay rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Weekly pay!
