Compensation

• $13/hour base pay commission

• Average commission ranges $100–$600/month , with uncapped potential based on performance

Schedule

• 20–35 hours per week

• Availability Requirement: Must be able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Staffed Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 11:00am–8:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm

• Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm

• Previous sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality experience

• A track record of meeting or exceeding goals

• Content creation or social media experience (reels, stories, posts)

• Bilingual in Spanish

Key Responsibilities

Community amp; Social Media (A Core Part of This Role)

• Create engaging social media content — reels, posts, and stories that showcase our studio and members

• Grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and DMs with energy and authenticity

• Help plan and promote events, challenges, and member celebrations that bring people together

• Capture the HOTWORX experience and share it to attract new members and inspire current ones

• Build genuine relationships that turn members into a loyal, connected fitness family

Sales amp; Outreach

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated by our CRM

• Convert leads into booked sessions and memberships

• Give engaging studio tours and explain the benefits of infrared fitness

• Present membership options, retail packages, and promotions

• Confidently handle objections and close sales with integrity

• Encourage referrals and promote guest passes

Member Experience

• Deliver an exceptional first impression and ongoing member support

• Ensure members follow sauna safety protocols

• Respond quickly and professionally to member needs or concerns

Studio Operations

• Open and close the studio following standard procedures

• Maintain a spotless, welcoming studio environment

• Restock supplies and remove trash as needed

• Assist with events, challenges, and promotions

• Communicate clearly with management and teammates

• Respond appropriately in emergencies and report incidents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales-driven role preferred

• Comfortable with phone outreach and in-person sales conversations

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Own vehicle and a valid driver#39;s license

• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting
