Influencer Marketing Intern | Urban Unity INC This is a 4-month unpaid internship at Urban Unity INC, located in North Hollywood, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 office days per week. Urban Unity INC is dedicated to enhancing brand presence through strategic influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns. This role is crucial, as the Intern will be deeply involved in supporting the research, planning, and execution of influencer marketing initiatives. The position plays an integral part in building and maintaining strong relationships with both brands and influencers, contributing directly to campaign success within a constantly evolving environment. TL;DR Role: Internship Type: Unpaid Internship Location: Hybrid, North Hollywood, CA Mission: Own the process of supporting influencer marketing initiatives from initial research to campaign execution and performance analysis, contributing directly to brand and influencer relationship management. Responsibilities Research & Identify: Research and identify suitable influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values. Outreach & Coordination: Assist in the comprehensive outreach, communication, and coordination efforts with identified influencers and talent agencies. Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, which includes sending detailed briefs, meticulously tracking deliverables, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track influencer content, engagement metrics, and overall campaign performance across various social media channels. Reporting & Analysis: Compile detailed reports and analyze collected data to accurately measure campaign success, calculate Return on Investment (ROI), and provide actionable insights. Qualifications Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university degree or college diploma program in business marketing/administration, media, commerce, communications, public relations, digital marketing, advertising, or a related discipline. Experience: No specific prior experience is explicitly required; however, candidates must possess a genuine passion for social media, current trends, and the fashion industry. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities, including prioritization and time management in a changing environment. Proficient written and oral communication, coupled with strong interpersonal skills for effective team and external interactions. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to summarize and clearly communicate important data and insights.
