Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support executive leadership and legal operations within a growing organization. This position will play a key role in the drafting, negotiation, administration, and management of commercial agreements while supporting a variety of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial contract experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment. This individual will regularly collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to support critical business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor agreements, and other business contracts. Partner closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to identify legal, contractual, and business risks while supporting organizational objectives. Support contract lifecycle management from initial drafting through execution, compliance, amendments, and renewals. Maintain corporate records, legal documentation, and entity management activities. Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters and special projects as needed. Assist with regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Provide transactional support and assist with strategic business initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal Certification and/or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred. 5+ years of corporate paralegal, contracts management, legal operations, or related experience. Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. Strong understanding of contract administration, risk mitigation, and contract lifecycle management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and interact effectively with executive leadership and external business partners. Experience supporting infrastructure, telecommunications, utilities, energy, construction, real estate development, or related industries is highly preferred.
