Senior GTM Recruiter Build Revenue Teams (Raleigh HQ)

Relay is hiring a senior recruiter to own full-cycle GTM and revenue-focused sourcing, including AE, SDR, CSM, and marketing roles. You will partner with revenue leaders to build credible pipelines, shape intake, and drive interview processes. This role is based at our Raleigh HQ with in-office collaboration across a fast-moving People Services team.
