Electrical Assembler & Assembly Technician
Join our locally owned manufacturing team in Red Wing, where quality craftsmanship and teamwork drive everything we do. We are hiring both entry-level and experienced professionals who are ready to build, learn, and grow.
Electrical Assembler (Entry-Level to Skilled)
As an Electrical Assembler, you will work hands-on with components, tools, and schematics to produce high-quality assemblies that meet exact specifications. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and collaborating with a team.
Assembly Technician (Advanced Role)
We are also seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to lead complex harness builds and support advanced assembly operations. This role requires strong technical skills, blueprint proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
Schedule Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Pay $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and skill level Weekly pay every Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Crimp, terminate, align, and fasten parts with accuracy
- Test completed assemblies for functionality and report issues
- Rotate between assembly areas to support production goals
- Maintain strict quality and safety standards
- Perform basic machine setup and maintenance (Assembly Technician role)
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience (Assembly Technician role)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical schematics
- Proficient with measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures
- Comfortable converting decimals to fractions and vice versa
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with soldering, welding, or drilling is a plus
