Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Clinical Care: Deliver exceptional virtual functional medicine consultations, focusing on root-cause analysis, lifestyle modifications, and comprehensive wellness planning.
• Interprofessional Collaboration: Licensed holistic healthcare practitioners join our integrated care model . You will actively collaborate and share cross-specialty referrals with medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health professionals to ensure true whole-person care .
• Integrative Treatment Planning: Coordinate with traditional medical providers to manage chronic diseases, emphasize preventive health, and deliver comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle guidance .
• Patient Retention & Engagement: Utilize AI-augmented patient engagement tools, including automated follow-up reminders and secure messaging, to increase visit frequency and strengthen patient-provider relationships .

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered license or advanced certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Health, Naturopathy, or related holistic disciplines (e.g., NP, MD, DO, ND, DC, or advanced clinical nutrition credentials).
