Key Responsibilities *

* Manages shifts with a focus on delighting guests
* Trains and inspires team for success
* Completes opening and closing checklist items and delegate responsibilities to other team members
* Manages Inventory levels and product rotation to assure quality product and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements *

* One year of customer service in retail environment or restaurant experience preferred
* Passionate about health, fitness and a positive lifestyle
* Approachable, friendly outlook and able to engage a customer

Skills *

* Ability to work in a very fast-paced team environment and lift up to 40 lbs.

Special Requirements *

*On feet for 8+ hours
