Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We find houses for investors who flip them. We have direct access to a national network of house-flipping operators, including the New Again Houses franchise system, who are actively buying and need deal flow. Our job is to find the deals, get them in front of the right buyer, and get them closed. That's where you come in.

This is a relationship job, not a sales job. You'll build real connections with wholesalers and real estate agents, keep dozens of conversations moving at once, match each house to the right investor, coordinate their walkthrough, and present the offer. Nobody gets pressured. People send us deals because they like working with you and you never drop the ball.

Some days you're on the phone getting to know a new wholesaler. Some days you're lining up three walkthroughs in three different cities from your laptop. Every day you're keeping conversations alive, and every closed deal pays you.

What you'll do

- Build and grow a network of wholesalers, agents, and investors who send us their off-market and distressed deals first.

- Keep a lot of conversations going at once and know exactly where each one stands.

- Screen incoming deals quickly and decide which ones are worth a look.

- Match each deal to the right investor in our network and schedule their walkthrough.

- Present offers clearly and walk both sides through to closing.

- Live in the CRM. Every contact, every deal, every follow-up, logged and current.

- Follow up consistently. Most deals come together on the third or fourth touch, and the people who win are the ones who remembered to reach back out.

What you bring

- Organized to a fault. You never lose track of a conversation, a deadline, or a follow-up.

- A great communicator. Clear and warm on the phone, quick and professional on text and email.

- Real CRM experience. You've managed a pipeline in a CRM before and you know how to keep it clean.

- You genuinely like people, and it shows. You build trust fast and keep it.

- Two or more years in real estate, wholesaling, or a relationship-driven role. Real estate license is a plus, not required.

- Comfortable talking numbers: ARV, repair estimates, and what makes a deal work.

- Self-driven. You manage your own day remotely without being chased.

- You want to be paid for results. If a commission-heavy role makes you nervous, this isn't the one.

- Bonus: an existing wholesaler or agent network anywhere in the US.

Compensation

- A small salary to cover the ramp-up.

- Uncapped commission on every closed deal. This is where the real money is. A high performer earns $120,000 in year one, and there's no ceiling above that. Average performer earns $80,00 in one year.

- Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the US.
