Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Utilize technology and video MPI (Multi-Point Inspection) systems to enhance service delivery and communication.
• Coordinate with the service manager to achieve department goals, including meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction scores.
• Implement service process improvements to enhance departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an service advisor or in a similar automotive service leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in technology and experience with video MPI systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling over 100 customer service interactions daily.
