Sign Production & Installation SpecialistBuild Great Products. Take Pride in Your Work. FASTSIGNS is looking for a hands-on Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality signs, graphics, and visual communication products while also assisting with local installations when needed. If you enjoy working with tools, equipment, technology, and creating things with your hands, this could be a great fit. No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be producing graphics, applying vinyl, and operating printers. The next day you may be helping install dimensional letters, monument signs, window graphics, or wall murals. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy seeing finished projects come to life.Production ResponsibilitiesOperate large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and finishing equipmentWeed, mask, and apply vinyl graphicsProduce banners, signs, decals, labels, wall graphics, and other visual communication productsAssemble dimensional letters and sign componentsPrepare files and materials for productionMaintain quality control throughout the production processPackage and prepare completed jobs for delivery or installationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production environmentInstallation ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of signs and graphicsInstall window graphics, wall graphics, ADA signage, dimensional letters, post-and-panel signs, and other productsLoad and unload materials and equipmentUse ladders and basic installation tools safelyEnsure installations are completed professionally and accuratelyRepresent the company professionally at customer locationsQualificationsExperience in sign production, printing, graphics, fabrication, installation, construction, carpentry, or a related field preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to read measurements accuratelyComfortable using hand tools and power toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and willingness to learnReliable transportation and valid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to work on ladders safelyAbility to perform physical installation workAbility to load and unload materials and equipmentWhat Success Looks LikeProduce quality work with minimal errorsTake pride in craftsmanshipWork efficiently without sacrificing qualityShow up consistently and reliablyHelp teammates when neededRepresent the company professionally in the fieldCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payPaid time offOngoing training and developmentStable, year-round workAdvancement opportunities as the company growsWhy Join Us?
