Job Title: Custodian / Janitor
Location: Club Road, Ada, OK 74820 Duration : Part-time Job Summary: Nascence Group, LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians/Janitors to perform custodial services at U.S. Army Reserve facilities in Oklahoma. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in accordance with federal contract requirements, Service Contract Labor Standards, and company quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in accordance with federal contract requirements, Service Contract Labor Standards, and company quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, and entrances
- Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas
- Clean glass, furniture, surfaces, stairwells, and elevators
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and high dusting
- Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or supply issues
- Complete cleaning logs and service documentation as required
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in performance
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and repetitive cleaning motions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to comply with site access, identification, and security requirements for federal facilities
