Job Summary Clinical Therapist, $1,400 weekly stipends; $12.00 - $15.37/hour; $480.0 - $614.8 weekly base pay. All onsite contract. Begins 5/26/2026 for 13 weeks. Day shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Title: Speech Language Pathologist Location: Issaquah, WA 98027 Shift: 40 hrs/week (8x5 8 am to 5 pm) Duration: 13 weeks Minimum guaranteed hours: 32 hrs/week Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of records in relation to patient care for all patients on personal case load. Responsible for correct reporting of billing information for Speech Therapy for all patients on personal case load. Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning. Responsible for reporting and interpretation of treatment results. Participate in the development and presentation of in‑services for the facility as requested. Supervise support personnel in immediate work areas as appropriate. Perform clinical functions: screens, evaluations, development of treatment plans, and delivery of treatment in accordance with facility, Medicare, and Therapy Management Corporation’s policies and procedures. Participate in meetings regarding patient care as appropriate. Assist when appropriate with any community education and public relations activities of the facility. Provide education to the patient’s family as well as staff on the specific treatment plan and therapy goals for the patient. Responsible for coordination and cooperation with other staff members in carrying out the treatment plan as established. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Certification in accordance with the requirements of the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area in the therapist’s respective profession. Demonstrates ability to perform tasks without posing a threat to health or safety of self or others, including lifting, turning, moving, transporting patients into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc. Demonstrates ability to perform a minimum of minimal assist transfer (capable of lifting and controlling 50 pounds). #J-18808-Ljbffr
