Benefits Competitive pay up to $75K per year Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K Employer Matching Education Assistance Paid Time Off Other benefits as offered Position Details Shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM Location: Must reside in Phoenix, AZ Doubles and Triples endorsement required Position Purpose As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and turning around to deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. You will drive a tandem trailer, tractor trailer, and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring all products are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Position Responsibilities Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations. Report all safety issues and/or repairs required. Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies; immediately report all safety hazards. Inspect trailers to ensure freight is properly loaded and secured. Ensure all required route paperwork is with the tractor-trailer load and available upon dispatch. Drive and deliver trailers according to predetermined route schedule. Perform hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines. Park and store tractor trailers in designated areas. Ensure all equipment and freight are appropriately locked and secured. Collect, secure, and process damaged goods and customer returns in empty trailers to bring back to base; complete necessary paperwork. Unload all equipment, materials, and remove trash from trailers as required. Complete daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements. Perform general housekeeping duties in the tractor, loading dock area, and keep trailers clear and clean as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement. Minimum age 21 years. Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable). Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years. Pass pre‑employment drug test. Pass road test. Valid current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one. Able to hand‑lift and utilize two‑wheeler, lift gate, and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight ranging from approximately 60 to 90 pounds.
