ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Dispatch Coordinator to keep a high-volume overnight operation running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate owner-operators, resolve issues in real time, and help maintain service levels before problems escalate. This is a hands-on position for someone with dispatch experience in trucking or last-mile delivery who can make sound decisions under pressure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate 4060 owner-operators each night, balancing the board and supporting on-time service delivery.
Handle breakdown calls and service failures, escalating issues quickly to reduce customer impact.
Monitor and enforce DOT hours-of-service compliance across the driver pool.
Support and oversee a team of 35 direct reports during the overnight shift.
Keep communication clear, timely, and professional throughout the shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of dispatch experience in trucking or last-mile delivery.
1+ year of hands-on Transportation Management System experience such as McLeod or TMW.
Working knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules.
Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a DOT-style background check and drug screen.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to sit at a desk for 9 hours.
Typing speed of 45 words per minute or better.

NICE TO HAVE
Bilingual English and Spanish.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Overnight schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
On-call rotation: one week in four.
Overtime expected during monsoon season.
On-site position in Phoenix, AZ 85004.
