Country Place Preschool is hiring a Full-Time Toddler Teacher!

We are looking for a loving, dependable, energetic, and patient teacher who enjoys working with toddlers and wants to be part of a fun and supportive childcare team.

Our classrooms use the Frog Street curriculum , which provides teachers with age-appropriate lessons, activities, music, stories, and hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Following and implementing the Frog Street curriculum
• Providing a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment
• Leading learning activities, crafts, music, story time, and play
• Supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Assisting with diapering, potty training, meals, and snacks
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
• Communicating positively with parents and coworkers
• Following all center policies and Louisiana childcare licensing requirements

What we're looking for:

• Dependable and punctual
• Patient, positive, and energetic
• Enjoys working with toddlers
• Works well as part of a team
• Previous childcare experience preferred
• Frog Street experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.

Dependability and good attendance are extremely important for this position.
