Day-Shift Rehabilitation Case Manager & Beneficiary Advocate
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is hiring a full-time Case Manager in Charlotte, NC to manage and monitor a caseload of beneficiaries in a rehabilitation program. You will develop program plans, evaluate progress, and advocate for beneficiaries. This role requires at least two years of direct case management experience.
