Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and revise care plans.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in ICU settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
