Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM , ADP Workforce Now (WFN) , HRIS administration, payroll reconciliation, benefits administration, integrations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Workday and ADP environments, supporting third-party benefit platforms, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Workday HCM and ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Configure and support core HRIS systems, job structures, and worker records.
• Manage integrations with third-party benefits platforms, including Sequoia and insurance carriers such as Client and Vanguard.
• Lead evaluation, regression testing, and deployment of ADP Workforce Now feature releases and system updates.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics in Workday and ADP.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and deduction audits across Workday, ADP, Sequoia, and carrier systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across HRIS platforms.
• Maintain Domain Security Policies (DSPs) in Workday and user access controls in ADP.
• Support compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to improve HR technology processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience focusing on core HR systems and benefits technology.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM administration and reporting.
• Proven experience managing integrations with third-party benefit platforms and carriers.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation, deduction audits, and HR data governance.
• Strong understanding of Workday security and ADP access controls.
• Deep knowledge of US benefits regulations including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
