What You’ll Do Set the creative bar. Inspire the team and clients alike with design that’s both visually exceptional and grounded in strategy, data, and user insight. Collaborate across disciplines. Partner with UX designers, interaction designers, strategists, and developers to define creative direction and deliver outstanding digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. Own the craft. Translate wireframes, functional specifications, and prototypes into high-fidelity design that brings the user experience fully to life — across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Champion innovation. Continuously push the boundaries of what’s aesthetically and technologically possible within our clients’ industries. Mentor and elevate. Invest in junior creative team members and foster a culture of cross-discipline collaboration and shared craft. Deliver with consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment, and maintain an uncompromising standard of quality from concept through delivery. Be a client partner. Show up with confidence and clarity in client-facing presentations, translating complex design decisions into compelling narratives.
