Ground Up Lead Grocery Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires expertise in managing ground up $15m+ grocery and retail construction projects and a commitment to delivering quality results. Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain workflow. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. Oversee quality control to ensure projects meet the required standards for grocery and retail construction. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the construction process. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: Experience in managing ground up grocery AND retail construction projects. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and schedules effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD. Monthly truck allowance of $750 to support your daily responsibilities.
